IAS understands the importance of impartiality in carrying out its management system certification activities manages conflict of interest and ensures the objectivity of its management system certification activities.
IAS has identified, analyzed and documented the possibilities for conflict of interests arising from provision of certification including any conflicts arising from its relationships.
IAS auditor are trained to add value to their auditing activity with the sole aim of increasing the effectiveness of client companies Quality / Environmental System which in turn leads to total satisfaction of final customer in compliance with the Standards Requirement.
Top Management also ensures that the conflict of interest of issue does not arise in the certification process including decision making.
The Transparency, confidentiality, independence and impartiality of the certification activities by and on behalf of IAS shall not be affected by the activities of the certified clients or any personal related to.
IAS Top management hereby declares that IAS shall comply with the requirements of ISO 17021:2011 and ensure impartiality for all its personal related to the certification activities & within all of its certification activities of Management System Certification from time to time.
